Ensure the part has not been installed and is in its original packaging, as we cannot accept returns on components that show signs of electrical installation or physical wear.
Request an RMA
Contact our support team with your order number and dishwasher model number to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and the correct return shipping address.
Package Securely
Place the item in a sturdy shipping box with adequate padding to prevent damage during transit, ensuring the RMA number is clearly marked on the outside of the package.
Receive Your Refund
Once our technicians inspect the part to confirm it is in resalable condition, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
